Data Storage & Security

Boply uses Google Firebase to store and process your data, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Hosting. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Cloud Platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security assessments.

Data Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Band Members: Information you add to a band/group is visible to other members of that group
• With Service Providers: Google Firebase (data storage) and Google Analytics (usage analytics)
• For Legal Reasons: If required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety

Your Rights & Choices

Access & Portability: You can access and export your data (shows, expenses, inventory) to CSV format at any time.

Correction: You can update your account information and other data directly in the app.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at contact@boply.io. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Boply is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
